How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Open Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions on your device, choose SpellTo, and manage or cancel there. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the paid period.

How do I restore a purchase on a new device?

On the new device, make sure you're signed in to the same Apple Account, then tap Restore Purchases in the parent area.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Data & deletion

Is there an account to delete?

No — SpellTo has no accounts and no sign-in. Your settings, words, and progress live only on your device, so deleting the app removes them. To have the anonymous subscription records tied to your purchase deleted, email privacy@spellto.com with your App Store transaction id (from your Apple receipt) and we will action it.

Setup & Screen Time

SpellTo can't block apps

Make sure you granted Screen Time permission when prompted. You can check in Settings › Screen Time. SpellTo uses Apple's Family Controls to block apps, so this permission is required.

The block doesn't trigger instantly

iOS measures app usage in batches, so re-locking after the earned time can take a short while. This is expected behaviour of Apple's Screen Time system.

Which apps can I guard?

Any app you select in the Screen Time picker. For your privacy, iOS hides the real app identities from SpellTo — we only ever see anonymous tokens.
